Ever wonder the process that autocraze takes when it comes to getting your order ready? Look no further. For the first time, only Autocraze is taking you behind the scenes.

For Packages:

All wheels and tyre packages order are balanced and fitted by the boys as you may have seen in many of our videos- then the wheels and tyres are individually wrapped to perfection to be sent to their new homes, take a look at our boys explaining the process and taking you on the journey.

For Wheels and Accessories;

If you order wheels and or accessories alone, your box will come in the manufactures packaging and it will be up to you to get them fitted by a professional. If you are around Sydney you can always book to get your parts fitted by us. Take a look at some packages going out and the process that the team takes.

Autocraze uses key milestones to make the online shopping journey easy to understand. Within each milestone phase, an Autocraze representative will be in touch to let you know the update of your order and will be available for any question or enquiry

 

Once your order is placed, whether online or over the phone, one of our team members will take care of your order. We will need confirmation on your vehicle details so add them to the comment section of the checkout.

After we receive the order, we will contact you with finer details in case we need more information to provide you with the best fitment of wheels possible. This process will take around 1-2 Business days.

Once we get those details from you, our team will place the order with the warehouse responsible to pack and send your order out to you or if you are getting your products fitted at Silverwater or Caringbah they will be sent out to that location. This process will take around 3-4 Days for in-stock items and up to 12 weeks for preorder.

If your order is getting sent to you, our dispatch team will make sure all your products are ready to go. If you place an order for wheels and tyres we will make sure that your package is fitted and balanced with the tyres. Our dispatch happens daily so your order will be sent out as soon as warehousing is completed.

Once that is done, your products will be delivered to your nominated location so you can enjoy them. this will depend on your nominated address however our ETA is between 2-4 days after dispatch
