FLOW FORMING

Flow Forming wheels are the reason that Konig has gotten so popular as of late. It is one of the most advanced manufacturing technologies to enter the wheel industry.

This process stretches and compresses the aluminium, which increases tensile strength. It results in lighter, stronger, has increased elongation in the final product, and much greater shock resistance as well as an increased load capacity over regular cast wheels.
